The Process

Every journey begins with a free discovery call to find out if we are a good fit for each other. If so, we will book a consult to find out how I can best help. If not, I will go out of my way to connect you to the person that can.

In the consult we will recap our discovery call and dive further into your history, goals, and day-to-day life. Then we will move into our joint-by-joint flexibility and mobility assessment. At the end of the consult, I will ask you to commit to the process based on your needs.

Purpose: Uncover history, needs, goals, movement patterns, ranges of motion, & skill level.
Process: Joint-by-joint movement screen, custom competency and tolerance tests, & interviews.
Payoff: Clarity on where you are and where you want to go.
Duration: 1-3 weeks, revisited as needed

Purpose: Exhibit confidence, competence, and autonomy in base movements and begin corrective work.
Process: Custom 1:1 in-person and remote training at a specific cadence.
Payoff: Developed confidence and competence, an understanding around application of intensity and how to communicate with your coach.
Duration: 6-20 weeks

Purpose: Express autonomy with base movements and enhance a foundation of a more resilient mind and body.
Process: Proper dosing of custom programming, and 1:1 in-person training and consultations.
Payoff: Gained autonomy in base movements, elevated your skills, and are working on mastering the application of intensity.
Duration: 26-52 weeks

Purpose: Apply learned skills to live a pain-free life without compromise.
Process: Continuation of previous with added guidance from your coach to safely pursue and progress activities outside of the gym.
Payoff: Able to reclaim your active life safely and confidently.
Duration: Ongoing

SERVICES
In-Person Coaching
Work directly with me to ensure you are moving safely and without pain so you can start living a life you love. Your programming will be 100% custom to you and your goals. This is a great option for people with chronic pain, limited experience, or those just looking to accelerate their results.
Hybrid Coaching
Personalized Hybrid is designed to meet your specific training wants and needs. Hybrid program can be completely remote, in-person, or it can combine in person one-on-one training with remote training. This program gives you the freedom to train wherever and whenever you want with the support and guidance of a personal coach.
Remote Coaching
This is a great option for people who feel comfortable in the gym and have access to equipment. Programming is delivered through the TrueCoach app, where you can see your daily workouts, video demonstrations of the movements, and track progress. Despite not meeting in person, you will receive the same high level of accountability and support.
