Empowering Agency Through Physical Freedom.
Building A Life Without Compromise.
Who I Am
I’m Jon Ayers. A son, brother, friend, coach, and veteran. I fell in love with how the body moves, coaching, and mentorship in high school and had the privilege of pursuing a career in developing others as an officer in the U.S. Army. I found that training physical fitness presents a unique opportunity to examine every aspect of one’s life in a challenging but safe environment. I have struggled through injuries and personal circumstances throughout my life and at times gave into the thinking that “this is as good as it gets.” As a coach, my goal is to help people take control of their lives, believe in their ability to improve, and claim a life without compromise.
What I Do
I help driven, independent men and women that are living compromised lives because of perceived physical limitations find confidence in their ability to improve their lives. Through a thorough assessment phase, I identify areas for improvement based on client goals and movement data to help each client achieve their life without compromise in the most efficient way possible.
Why I Do It
I’m passionate about helping others achieve their life without compromise because I know what it’s like to live a compromised life. I have experienced injuries and setbacks and fell into the belief that “this is as good as it gets.” I have avoided the activities that I enjoy for fear of getting worse. I know the prison that puts you in. Through a lot of reflection, education, and hard work, I have found that I can improve my life. This is not as good as it gets. I want to show others that they are just as capable as I am.
